You may request a stop payment in order to prevent future check or ACH transactions.

• You may call us for a verbal stop payment. This type of notification is valid for 14 days without a signature.
• In order to stop payment on an electronic ACH transaction or a check or share draft, please complete and mail the ACH and Check Stop Payment Request Form.
